The Explorer is the first interconnect in the Atlas product
line that uses the unique patented, non compressing, self
cleaning Atlas RCA plug. The Atlas RCA plug is in our view,
the finest available. Unlike others it needs to be fitted
at the factory and is not available for home assembly and
as a consequence tends not to get as much publicity as other
plugs that are available for assembly by third parties, but
in factory testing we've concluded our plug out-performs all
offerings from other equipment producers. The plug is fitted
without solder and all joins are 'cold welded' or crimped
in order that another barrier to the signal path is removed.
The Explorer with the Atlas non compressing, self cleaning
plug introduces a new dimension in the Atlas upgrade path
by providing more information to the receiving hardware.
The Explorer is an excellent and revealing interconnect
for sub woofers. It may be specified in any length. Delivery
ex factory is normally on the day following that of order
(UK only).
